1. 打电话 1 800 567-4692 给Revenu Quebec 拿到VD-55.1 表格“ Application for a Certificate of DeterminationRespecting the QST: Registration of a Road Vehicle”

2. 填好表格，通过加密邮件把表格及其他材料发给Revenu Quebec， 加密邮件是当你打电话给Revenu Quebec 时他发给你的邮件中的链接。
资料包括：VD-80.1-v , 亲戚关系证明比如出生证，结婚证，车辆登记证。

3. 发了邮件后记得打电话跟踪状态，如果过了一周还没回信打电话 1 800 567-4692 去问，可能说没收到邮件，要求发传真，传真号电话中会告知。
4. 发传真后如果表格有问题，有人会打电话给你要求更正。
5. 一切都没问题的话，Revenu Quebec 会给你发回个表格 VDE-23

6. 跟SAAQ预约时间去过户。( 提前三星期）

8. 安省的车主不能亲自去魁省过户的话要签一个Power of Attorney( https://saaq.gouv.qc.ca/fileadmi ... r-attorney-form.pdf), 证明你指定别人代替你去过户，还要拿着你的身份证明原件：

9. 打电话去保险公司给车辆保险，
10. 安省车主在车辆登记证后面签字，
11. 受赠人带着所有资料去SAAQ过户（ VDE-23, VD-80.1， 驾照，赠与人的Power of Attorney，赠与人的身份证明原件，亲戚关系证明如出生公证, 车辆登记证，保险单号码，车检通过报告，过户费）
12.过户成功。
